Fotografia motoryzacyjna - Mercedes-Benz W109 300 SEL 1971
Jakiś czas temu byłem w Warszawie na wystawie BMW ART CARS, w ten sam weekend spotkałem się ze znajomym fotografem ze stolicy i wspólnie zabraliśmy się za zdjęcia tego pięknego Mercedesa W109 300SEL 3.5 z 1971 roku.
Miejsce sesji trochę nie w moim klimacie ale przy warunkach jakie są w stolicy jestem zadowolony że udało się znaleźć czyste tło. Sama Warszawa jest dość wymagającym miejscem do fotografowania, wszędzie zakazy wjazdu i potrzebne pozwolenia. Dla nowszych aut pewnie łatwiej coś zlokalizować na tło ale konkretna sesja auta klasycznego wymaga sporo pracy i przygotowań. Mimo wszystko jeśli znajdzie się klient na sesje w stolicy to chętnie tam wrócę i zabiorę się do roboty.
Sesja tego Mercedesa była wyzwaniem. Piękny lakier i ogólnie auto w wyjątkowym stanie na średnim tle. I z tego musiałem uzyskać najlepsze możliwe zdjęcia. Nie skupiałem się na jednolitym wyglądzie zestawu tylko szukałem kadrów, które będą wyjątkowe i będe mógł wykorzystać na wystawie fotograficznej. Mam nadzieję, że to nie ostatni Mercedes przed moim obiektywem.
Some time ago I was in Warsaw for the BMW ART CARS exhibition, the same weekend I met up with a friend photographer from the capital, and together we took some pictures of this beautiful Mercedes W109 300SEL 3.5 from 1971. Place of the session was a little under my climate but with conditions as they are in the capital I'm happy that we managed to find a clean background. Warsaw itself is quite a demanding place for shooting, signs everywhere and you need a permit. For a newer cars it would be probably easier to locate something for a background but a session of classic car requires a lot of work and preparation. After all, if therewill be a client for a photoshoot in the capital I'm willing to go back and work on it.
This session of this Mercedes was a challenge. Beautiful paint and general great condition of the car on the average background. And for this I had to get the best possible picture. I did not focus on a set of uniform appearance I just was looking for shots that will be unique and I will be able to use for my photographic exhibition. I hope it's not the last Mercedes in front of my lens.
