Poznan Motor Show 2023
W tym roku przeżyłem rozczarowanie. Oczywiste w poprzednich latach było nie obecne. Modele Audi, VW i Cupry były wciąż wystawione jednak w okrojonym składzie. Brakowało również wielu innych marek takich jak BMW, Fiat, Citroen, Peugeot. Z dużych marek nie zawiodła jedynie KIA i Hyundai.
When photographing cars and other subjects, I choose the background and
light myself depending on the vision. Things get complicated with
journalistic photos. The Poznań Motor Show has always been my testing
ground for this type of photography. In this mess I was looking for my
picture.
Appearing on the spot, I never knew exactly what awaited me because the
layout and shape of the stands changed every year. I could only expect
hall 3a to belong to the Volkswagen group. There was always a wide range
of models and special versions or concept cars.
This year I was disappointed. Obvious in previous years it was not
present. Audi, VW and Cupra models were still exhibited, however, in a
reduced lineup. Many other brands were also missing, such as BMW, Fiat,
Citroen, Peugeot. Of the big brands, only KIA and Hyundai did not
disappoint.

Na szczęście całość uratowały firmy tuningowe i handlujące superautami. Stoiska były dość proste jednak dość oblegane ze względu na ich zawartość.
Fortunately, the whole thing was saved by tuning companies and selling
supercars. The stands were quite simple but quite crowded due to their
content.
Po latach obserwowania na facebooku i instagramie w końcu mogłem
zobaczyć auta ze stajni TOPCAR. Szczególnie przypadło mi Porsche 911 w
brązowym carbonie.
After years of following on facebook and instagram, I could finally
see cars from the TOPCAR. I especially liked the Porsche 911 in brown
carbon.
Gdy już ochłonąłem i minęło pierwsze zauroczenie zacząłem dostrzegać inne.
A było na co rzucić okiem, dwie piękne Tatry, Fiaty, Mercedesy i
inne.
Once I cooled down and the first infatuation passed, I began to notice others. And there was a lot to look at, two beautiful Tatra, Fiats, Mercedes and others.
Uwielbiałem ich prace za dokładność i styl w jakim wykonane są nadwozia,
każde przetłoczenie i wlot miał swój sens. To jak wyglądało auto nie
było zlepkiem przypadkowych decyzji, a przemyślanym działaniem. Obok aut
z logo rekina stało kolejne dzieło motoryzacji z agresywnym zwierzęciem
w logo. Mowa tu oczywiście o Lamborghini, a konkretnie o modelu Huracan
STO. Dziękuję 7pl za rozmowę i możliwość bliższego obcowania z tymi
cudami.

Kolejnym zjawiskiem na tej imprezie była czerwona Alfa Romeo Montreal.
Trafiłem na nią zupełnie przypadkiem robiąc rozeznanie gdzie stoi jakie
auto i gdzie będę musiał jeszcze wrócić. Przechodząc obok stoiska
Automobilklubu Wielkopolskiego ujrzałem właśnie ją, ognista pełna
temperamentu włoszkę.

W pierwszej chwili nawet nie zarejestrowałem tego że ktoś przy niej
stoi i opowiada o historii auta. Dopiero gdy w pewnym stopniu
nasyciłem swe oczy i serce do moich uszu dotarły słowa właściciela.
Anegdotki dotyczące powstania modelu, ciekawostki dotyczące
konstrukcji mechanicznej i stylistyki zatrzymały mnie tam na dłuższą
chwilę.

W poprzednich latach część motocyklową jakoś pomijałem. Może dla tego że moje serce bije tylko do jednej marki - Ducati. A nigdy nie było ich firmowego stoiska. Na szczęście w tym roku prywatna firma Karlik pokazała kilka modeli.
In previous years, I somehow skipped the motorcycle part. Maybe because my heart beats only for one brand - Ducati. And there was never their company stand. Fortunately, this year the private company Karlik showed several models.
Te trzy modele mi wystarczyły. Oczywiście chętnie bym zobaczył inne
modele szczególnie te z lat 90 i 2000. Jednak uśmiech utrwalił się na
dłużej. Jedyne stoisko motocyklowe które mnie przyciągnęło wyglądem to
Bimota. Czysta forma i ładnie wyeksponowany motocykl. Zasługiwało na
chwilę poszukiwania kadru.
These three models were enough for me. Of course, I'd love to see other models, especially those from the 90s and 2000s. However, the smile was fixed for longer. The only motorcycle stand that attracted me with its appearance is Bimota. Clean form and nicely displayed motorcycle. It deserved a moment of searching for a frame.

To jak w końcu zawiedziony czy zadowolony? Wychodzi na to że jedno i
drugie. Zawiodłem się małą ilością stoisk dużych producentów, a
jednocześnie moje serce radowało się na widok konkretnych modeli. Musze
przyznać, że w dniu samych targów nie tryskałem energią bo trafiłem na
nocleg w centrum miasta gdzie za oknem miałem dość hałaśliwy
klimatyzator. Tak naprawdę obudziłem się dopiero w trakcie pokazu driftu
na placu między halami. Nie było to coś wielkiego i wyjątkowego jak na
zawodach na torze jednak pobudziło moje zmysły. Parafrazując słowa z
pewnego filmu - uwielbiam hałas driftujacego auta i zapach palonej gumy
o poranku.

I must admit that on the day of the fair itself I was not bursting with energy because I found accommodation in the city center where I had a rather noisy air conditioner outside the window. In fact, I woke up only during the drift show in the square between the halls. It wasn't something big and special like at the track competition, but it stimulated my senses. To paraphrase words from a certain movie - I love the noise of a drifting car and the smell of burning rubber in the morning.

Słabo przespana noc i brak wcześniej
wspomnianej hali 3a pełnej aut grupy Volkswagena nie zapowiadały nic
ciekawego. Jednak im dalej w las tym lepiej. Cieszę się, że po przerwie
znowu mogłem uczestniczyć w tym święcie motoryzacyjnym.
A poor night's sleep and the lack of the previously mentioned hall 3a full of cars from the Volkswagen group did not promise anything interesting. But the further into the forest the better. I am glad that after the break I could again participate in this automotive festival.
